SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Once shipped, orders may take 2–5 days to arrive not including processing time. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. 

We prefer USP (estimated 2–5 business days) for our customers, but use FedEx Ground in some instances.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

RETURNS

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to dkcandles7@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at dkcandles7@gmail.com for help.

Otherwise, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.

• Keep the Candle Clean.
• Trim the Candle's Wick.
• Minimize Mess When Putting Out Your Candle.
• Retire Your Candle With Wax in It.
• Candles in a Cool, Dark Place.
• Do Let It Burn for About 3 to 4 Hours at a Time.
• Don't Put It in a Windy Spot.
